Overall, Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with and helped us purchase a great home at a great price. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market, understands pricing in each neighborhood, and brings up a tremendous amount of expertise on things to look out for with each property. Chris did a great job negotiating and presenting our offer and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend this agent enough. We had so many questions, some valid, some just odd, and Chris Benson was so patient with us and explained everything. Being first time home buyers, we were also extremely picky with what we wanted, and Chris would take us on 5-6 hour long days of showing us property after property (over multiple weeks). He has a lot of experience he can draw upon to help identify small problems in houses, or cost to update certain things in the homes we looked at so that we could better price out everything IF we wanted to upgrade a kitchen, bathroom, or backyard. He has been very helpful and is always looking out for his clients while negotiating, and demanding the banks have their documents in order and on time to make the process stay right on track. We appreciate all of Chris' help in this process and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. We love our new home and couldn't have done it without Mr. Benson's guidance, knowledge, and experience. Thank you, Chris!

I wanted someone knowledgeable with the homes in my area, honest, trustworthy and able to follow through with their word. He was all of these things and more! When he arrived at my house on time for our initial appointment, he was well prepared and spent almost 2 hours with me. He gave me a high quality personalized CMA folder showing the comps in my area along with the current houses for sale that I would be competing against. He went over all of the sales strategies of Next Home and how they would benefit me. He viewed my house and we discussed what a good listing price would be. This was determined by recent comps in my area, not some unrealistic number that would difficult to sell the house at. I signed a listing contract with him and in a few days he sent a professional photographer out to take still photos, video and drone video of my property (no cost to me). The listing went live and I had 13 people view it in the first 5 days and had 2 solid offers. We went with the best offer. From there on it was just a matter of contract negotiation until we had a signed contract. Chris kept me up to date every three days with a phone call. I always knew what was going with the house at any given time. The closing had an unexpected snag, but he helped me get through that with up to date information. In all, Chris exceeded my expectations for selling agent. I've recommended him to other sellers. My only regret is that I won't be able to use him again because I've left the area.

We have had multiple bad experiences in selling our residences over the years.
